to stay at Xenia Creative Residency this summer, and I can't express how profoundly it impacted both my artwork and creative process. I feel so lucky that every morning, I would wake up to the sun streaming through the trees, filling my studio space with warmth and light. This natural beauty was a constant source of inspiration.

About
Yael Weiser is a visual artist living in Amsterdam, she grew up in Israel and Belgium. Switching between photography, graphic design, and animation, her work is characterised by a strong usage of colours while creating moving storytelling. Usually, there is not a specific place or time recognisable in her work, but more of an eye-catching aesthetic and a universal feeling.
Yael graduated with honours from Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem, where she achieved a BA in Visual communication. Her works were officially chosen as a “Vimeo Staff Picked”, Adobe Design Achievement Award, and her projects were supported by AICF (America-Israel Cultural Foundation). Recently she was chosen to represent Adobe as their ambassador, representing the Netherlands at the OFFF Design Conference in Barcelona.
