"Xenia Creative Retreat gives you a unique opportunity to listen to yourself in the quietness of Britain's countryside. It feels like a rare chance to have no deadlines, requirements, opportunities, presentations, or any kind of pressure. At the same time, I felt utterly cherished and immersed in calmness and freedom. 
Of course, this is thanks to everybody working and living in Xenia and the Rodens family in particular. Bianca is a fantastic person, and I was delighted to have the opportunity to meet her. I felt like everything at the residency has some of her character. 

I really hope this place will continue to thrive and develop to host talented artists I truly feel spaces like Xenia make our world and modern life a little bit easier, happier and overall better. 
Personally, I returned back home with a few artworks, a bunch of ideas and a renewed sense of creativity."

About
Nataly Khadziakova is IM-A Studio co-founder, landscape urbanist and urban designer. Working with cutting-edge technologies, Nataly hopes to find the third entity between nature and technology through the medium of art. She has a strong interest in interactive environments and new approaches to architecture, especially on urban and planetary scales.

Nataly is a big fan of maps. Her works have been marked at international competitions, including YAC and Leonardo. Nataly holds an MSc from the Architectural Association, Landscape Urbanism programme, then worked for the international offices Gustafson- Porter+Bowman and Giles Miller Studio and has been a team lead in a generative urban design startup. Speaker at the AA symposium Design Agency within Earth Systems, Hack For Future events co-founder, Monogroup community and YakTak online school. S+T+ARTS resident.
