Spending the last four weeks at Xenia has been the ideal elixir to a very strange London summer.

I brought with me beginning threads of paintings alongside materials for new works. To be able to work no these in a new and changing light in this beautiful studio has helped me to navigate new directions in the pantings - the particular energy of the sounding environment feeding into them somehow through osmosis.

Thank you to Bianca and Stuart for such an incredible and nourishing opportunity. And thank you Jaye and to Lucy and family for being so welcoming. I won't forget my time here.
